After Beanie Bishop’s standout performance against Aaron Rodgers on Monday Night Football, the young cornerback found himself in the spotlight like never before. With two crucial interceptions, in a prime-time game showcased his skills on a national stage, Bishop’s social media exploded.

“My social media is going crazy,” Bishop shared with a laugh. “I got like 8,000 new followers, or something like that. Close to almost 10 (thousand), actually. So, it’s just like crazy.”

Bishop had a special request for the future Hall of Famer. He sent footballs to Rodgers for autographs, reflecting his respect for the legendary quarterback.

“I wanted to send him a ball to get signed, just to show respect for the opportunity to play against him,” Bishop explained.

The TV mishap didn’t derail his focus. Instead, it was just another moment in a rookie campaign where Bishop has handled everything thrown his way, much like his first college game.
