Stopped to get a Gatorade and saw former coach who helped him get to Idaho State. Ironic chain of events eventually leads Kuder to becoming a dominant force in the Big Sky. Grades derailed initials offers out of high school and began collegiate career at Montana Western and played on the offensive line at left tackle. The stop for Gatorade led him to Idaho State and after one practice he established himself as defensive tackle.
Strong and powerful. Moves well laterally and can flatten down the line, redirect and make tackles outside the box. He comes off the ball quickly, plays with good pad level. Shows ability to anchor vs. the run and has enough speed to chase down the play in pursuit. Can stack the point and two-gap or get up field. Weight-room warrior broke school record on bench press beating 500lbs with 505 and has squatted 680.
Kuder recorded 92 tackles (2nd on team) along with 11 tackles for loss (1st on team) and won the Jared Allen for the MVP of the Idaho State defense. High energy no nonsense equipped front man for the defense who can play a little upright at times and could be more creative as a pass rusher, but overall a guy who can stick on the 53-man roster.
