– What type of offense did you run in college?
TA – We ran a zone spread offense. Tackles in our offense had to master the zone schemes, be able to pull both into the line and out into open space, successfully run a multitude of screen plays, and often pass block on an island.
– What is your best quality at your position?
TA – My fluidity of movement and overall athleticism.
– What goes unnoticed about your ability that may not show up on film?
TA – The power behind my game has most likely gone unnoticed due to my sickness that I came down with during my senior year. In June of 2015 I weighed 309 pounds and by the time I got over my sickness in October I weighed in at 270 pounds.
– What did your coach praise you on for doing very well?
TA – When a coach makes a point to tell you how your block was pivotal in making the touchdown possible.
– Anything negative said that helps motivate you?
TA – My coach in high school told me one day that I wasn’t big enough nor good enough to start and I wouldn’t ever have the opportunity to start at the varsity level.
– Away from the field what do you enjoy doing?
TA – I love being on the water, whether that is on a boat or on the beach. I have always lived close to the water and it is something that I love being around.

Usually offensive lineman have the size early on in their football careers that begin in Pop Warner (type) football. Adrian was opposite of that equation, because he was only 210-pounds leaving high-school and played left tackle. Although, he also played linebacker as well due to his athlectism.
Adrian went into his senior season at Jacksonville weighing 308-pounds (July), but a stomach ailment caused him to lose 25 pounds. He was able to play through out the season, but it should be noted his normal playing weight hovers around 300-pounds. Fought to get ‘animal crackers’ down during game day and was down to almost 270 by the time he had the issue fixed in late October.
Good size & ability. Adrian is a smart player with good character. Does everything asked and is a team leader. Technique and assigment-sound ability. Adrian is a long and athletic offensive lineman with great long arms. Quick into his blocks and is effective fitting on linebackers. Can wall and seal running lanes and excel in pass protection. Has a narrow base and can lose leverage and give up ground. Athletic kid who grew into the position of offensive lineman. High-tempo offense in college which indicates endurance and ability to sustain energy.
