AFC South team has Albany OT Kadeem Williams on their Draft Board
Watching the progression of Albany offensive tackle Kadeem Williams, over the last couple months, has been a pleasant surprise. It was local day visits with the New York Giants and New York Jets. Per source, Williams has been placed on the 'Draftboard' of an AFC South team. Coach Tom Coughlin spoke with Williams after the event. That is always a positive for NFL Draft prospects. It does not necessarily; he'll be playing for the G-Men, 2014, but shows an interest on behalf of the staff. Williams is massive offensive linemen from Albany has been picking up momentum from NFL teams as we build towards the climax of the NFL Draft, on May 8th. During the schools Pro Day, Williams stood at 6'6 and 330 pounds. Ten inch hands and put up 19 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press. Impressive considering his long arms. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and San Diego Chargers put Wiliams through position drills. Seven NFL teams were on hand at Wagners Pro Day total. Williams walked away from the day as a positive. Coaches told the former All-NEC honored left tackle he had both good hips and feet during the position drills.
