Return to Roster

From the early age of five years old (playing flag football), Ferrer has found himself playing quarterback. Blessed with a strong arm he was an all-around athlete growing up, who excelled both in football and baseball.

Football eventually took the lead roll in his future endeavors and the West Field, Indiana native grew into the position. Ferrer had a late growth spurt in high school which sort of derailed many D1 offers that led him to accepting his full ride to Saint Francis.

At the time of this writing, Ferrer is 36-4 (Two of his losses came as a freshman) as the starting quarterback for the Cougars’ and helped the team achievement ultimate glory by claiming champion status in 2016.

Quarterback demeanor on and off the field, he encompasses the entire position, from watching film, leadership, arm strength, pocket awareness and savvy. Ferrer is on the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl Watch List, playing his way into view of NFL Scouts. It is possible he’ll leave Saint Francis with back-to-back championships. Obviously his small-school background will increase the harsh eye, in which NFL Scouts, depict this NAIA standout.

His overall package is worthy of further review, by the NFL.
