Brewer is one of those prospects with a less than normal collegiate career. He also doesn’t possess eye popping statistics, but he has been able to land on two D1 schools (Indiana, Eastern Michigan).

Leaving North Central, Brewer was part of a less the iconic football program that did not attract the likes of major college recruiters. It forced Brewer to Arizona to play at Glendale Community College. Scholarship money failed to come his way entering his second season at Eastern Michigan and forced Brewer to find a new school, in less than a week. Marian ended up being the final stop.

Invited to play in the Dream Bowl, again shows his body of work is worth watching. These coming months will be extremely important to make an impression of NFL and CFL Scouts eyes.

Watching his highlights, his open field ability looks to be one of his biggest assets. Very quick and smooth hips, and would have like to seen more deep balls but he explained that was not an option the team used often in their game plan. Judges the ball well in the air and does a good job of hauling in the catch.
