Hybrid built DE/OLB, Posley brings passion for the game and possesses an incredible football IQ. The combination of his relentless motor and film study create and very talented prospect.

Good size and athletic ability, he plays with good leverage and knows how to set-up offensive linemen to fail in pass protection. Has played with his standing up and with his hand in the dirt, and is capable of dropping in coverage.

Knowledge meets power and passion with this young man. Has the speed and get off to get noticed. Decent punch and has a good variety of pass rush moves to get to the quarterback.

Displays good flexibility and mobility and aims to run a 4.62 forty, which would definitely increase his NFL Draft value.
